I love this portrayal of Glorfindel! It is just how I picture him in my mind. That expression on his face: the hint of a smile, he looks totally at peace here. The white doves add to the tranquillity this piece seems to convey to me. The yellow flowers are a nice touch too, a subtle yet recognisable reference to the House of the Golden Flower.
Even though he didn't really have a big part in the movie, he was there for a split second. The scene where Aragorn was crowned king and as he was walking thru the crowd, Legolas stepped up and greeted him. Legolas gestured over his shoulder and the very next second there was a close up of a man on the left side of the screen who moved aside to reveal Arwen. That nam was Glorfindel. You would really have to keep your eyes trained on the left side of the screen to catch a glimpse of him. It might help to see his face here: [link]
Amazing work on the greatest elf of the Silmarillion. The only Critique I could give you would be on the doves- you have excellent 3-d feel on Glorfie, but the doves look a bit flat. Maybe a bit of shading would help? Just my thoughts.
